A couple of years ago, gospel great Robert Robinson and folk songsmith Timothy Frantzich set out on a musical journey: to follow the Mississippi River from its headwaters at Lake Itasca all the way to New Orleans, writing songs inspired by the river, the animals and the people, history, and landscapes they encountered along the way.
Join them for an unforgettable evening aboard the Joyful Noise, a stunningly beautiful floating music studio, as they share these songs while bobbing on the Mississippi herself. There’s something mystical about hearing music born from the river while surrounded by its beauty.
