From self-defense, Pilates, and boxing to wellness and beauty experiences, meaningful conversation, and connection, the event celebrates strength in all its forms.

Come ready to move, connect, explore, and enjoy a thoughtfully designed morning with something to experience throughout.

The experience also includes Notes of Strength, an opportunity to write handwritten messages of encouragement for women transitioning from domestic violence.

Build confidence through movement with Self-Defense, Pilates, and Boxing. The Self-Defense Class is included with all admission tickets. Pilates and Boxing are limited-capacity classes available with select ticket options.
