What Should I Bring?

•	Yoga mat (or comfortable portable chair)
•	Pillow
•	Blanket
•	Bolster or rolled blanket for under your knees (recommended)
•	Eye mask (optional)
•	Water bottle
Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled.
