NCPBA Potluck and Kickoff Party!

While we are steeped in the heat of summer, we're using this time to incubate how we can best serve this community to build both wildfire resilience and community resilience through prescribed fire. The NCPBA would love to celebrate the launch of the newly established Nevada County Prescribed Burn Association, and we'd love to do that with y’all! This is a great opportunity to meet fellow fire tenders, the NCPBA board, and get inspired to build momentum for your 2026–27 prescribed fire season.

Please join us for a Potluck BBQ picnic on Sunday, September 13, from 12:00–4:00 p.m.at Pioneer Park. Bring a premade dish to share - we will provide some grilled meat and vegetables.
