First Annual Sober Oktoberfest

Join International Community UMC for our first annual Sober Oktoberfest, a family-friendly celebration that honors our German heritage while embracing the growing craft non-alcoholic beer movement across Los Angeles. Whether you're sober, sober-curious, the designated driver, or simply looking for a memorable community event, this is Oktoberfest reimagined.

Enjoy an evening filled with authentic Bavarian sausages and German favorites, a curated selection of German craft non-alcoholic beers, lawn games, family activities, and live music from The Blue Birds, whose upbeat performance will keep the festival atmosphere alive all evening. Best of all, everyone can enjoy the festivities together—kids, grandparents, friends, and neighbors alike.

Oktoberfest has always been about gathering around the table, sharing stories, singing along with great music, and celebrating community. We're proud to continue those traditions while creating a welcoming event where no one feels left out. Tickets are $15 in advance through Eventbrite as part of our Early Bird special and $20 at the door, so reserve your spot early and save. We require a 2 ticket minimum per order.
