Entrepreneurs Assistance Program (EAP) | Informational Webinar Session

Join us for an exciting in-person and virtual clinic where you can get expert legal advice for your entrepreneurial journey. The Entrepreneurs Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to provide valuable guidance to budding entrepreneurs like you!

The Entrepreneurs Assistance Program is a free legal clinic offered by the North Carolina Bar Foundation in which volunteer attorneys provide pro bono business law advice and counsel to small business owners and entrepreneurs through webinars and clinics held in partnership with non-profit organizations throughout the state that advise small business owners, including CLIMB, Mountain Bizworks, the Asheville-Buncombe Tech Community College, the SBTDC at East Carolina University, the NC Community Colleges Small Business Center Network (SBCN), FSU Entrepreneur and Small Business Hub, the Winston-Salem Women's Business Center, and HUSTLE free of charge. Small business owners and entrepreneurs eligible for this informational session include clients of CLIMB, Mountain Bizworks, the Asheville-Buncombe Tech Community College, the SBTDC at East Carolina University, the NC Community Colleges Small Business Center Network (SBCN), FSU Entrepreneur and Small Business Hub, the Winston-Salem Women's Business Center, HUSTLE, and the Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC) .

All EAP webinar sessions will be conducted virtually and in person to provide flexibility and access for all participants. This upcoming session will focus on LLC and PLLC Formations, a critical topic for entrepreneurs and small business owners starting a new venture or considering changes to their existing structure. By registering, you are securing an in-person (AB Tech Enka AB Tech Enka) or for those not apart of the particular cohort may register for a virtual spot for this informative session on the evening of September 17, 2026.
