Connection through massage
Sweethearts Massage Workshop teaches you the foundational pieces of any good massage and the go to technique for really connecting through touch. More importantly, you'll gain the conversation skills to set the mood, learn what your partner loves, and enhance your intimacy.We'll cover the key peices of communication around touch that bring clarity and closeness to everyone. Then we'll dive into massage and body mechanics for back, chest, neck, and forearms:
- Chest massages that are key to relieving back pains.
- Back rubs - a solid go-to for loving connection.
- Neck tension releases for self massage or partner massage.
- Simple exercises to help shoulders/back/arms work better and ache less
- Forearm release so those fingers and hands can work their magic.
If we have extra time we'll get into massage and body mechanics for the low back, hips, thighs and feet (feet have huge impacts on your hips)

This workshop is designed to work in pairs or more so make sure to bring a partner or a good friend you are comfortable trading massages with. Trios are welcome. Each ticket is for one person.
To be as ready as you can be, we recommend the following:
- Come in comfy clothing that feels good to be rubbed repeatedly (snug clothing works best, or super loose clothes you can slide underneath) with easy access to shoulders and legs
- No lotions or oils needed!
- A notebook and pen to jot down a few tips
- A playful attitude and ready to learn!
