Maybe you're just beginning to recognize it.
Fear. Rejection. Insecurity. Comparison. The opinions of others. An old story. A painful experience. The fear of not being enough.
Sometimes we carry things for so long that we don't realize how much they have affected the way we see ourselves, the decisions we make, the opportunities we pursue, or how brightly we're willing to shine.
BOOST SUMMIT 2026 is about what happens next.
You don't have to erase the chapters that came before.
You don't have to pretend they didn't happen.
But you can decide that what happened before doesn't get to write the next chapter.
This year, BOOST invites every girl and woman in the room to identify one thing she is ready to stop allowing to hold her back or dim her light.
And then we're going to move forward.
Not by becoming somebody else.
But by becoming more courageous about being who you were created to be.

OVERCOME Face what has been keeping you stuck, shrinking, silent, afraid, or second-guessing yourself.

SHINE Stop turning your light down. Give yourself permission to be seen, heard, and fully YOU.
TAKE ACTION Make a decision about what happens next—and leave prepared to act on it.

BOOST isn't designed for you to simply sit in a room and listen.
You'll be invited to think, talk, reflect, connect, decide, and take action.
Through honest conversations, powerful stories, interactive experiences, coaching, connection, food, music, and meaningful moments, we'll create space for girls and women to recognize what's been dimming their light—and begin writing what comes next.
Come with your daughter.

Come with your sister, niece, granddaughter, mentee, girlfriend—or come by yourself.

What am I ready to let go of so I can move forward?
