The Messenger movie night with Krewe de Jeanne d'Arc

"The Messenger" (1999) directed by Luc Besson starring Milla Jovovich, John Malkovich, Dustin Hoffman, and Faye Dunaway, tells the story of the life of Joan of Arc. Rated R.

Tickets: $15 in Advance; $20 at the Door. Tickets are being sold by Joan of Arc Project as a fundraiser for the krewe. All ticket sales directly benefit the krewe. Once the required movie rights fee is paid to Prytania Theatres, additional income from ticket sales will go towards 2027 parade permit costs. This is a membership recruitment event as well--we encourage you to become a member on this night if you haven't signed up yet to walk with us January 6, 2027!

Check In & Meet & Greet: 5:30 p.m. Buy tickets if you didn't purchase ahead of time; Pick up krewe info and sign up to walk with us January 6, 2027 as a member or volunteer. Please note there are concessions available at the theatre, including chicken nuggets and fries, personal pizzas, mozzarella sticks and a few other rotating food items, in addition to regular movie concession snacks and drinks. They also serve beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits.
