Sonic Energy Bath Meditation: Alchemy and Altruism

You are invited to join me on for our next Sonic Energy Bath Meditation: Alchemy and Altruism. During this meditation I will guide you into a relaxed state to the healing sound of crystal bowls and guide you on a meditative journey. Each session focuses on a new theme that is prevalent in the current energy. Attendees are also supported with distance energy therapy and reiki during the session.

This meditative journey supports your physical health by balancing your nervous system and biofield, balancing hormones for a balanced day and restful night, promotes cell regeneration, balances ADHD symptoms, promotes healthy mental balance, and infuses peace and joy into your auric field. There is always a bit of magic infused too!

As with all our Alchemy and Altruism sessions, please bring 3 intentions for the session to focus the energy:

• A healing intention for yourself

• A healing intention for someone else

• A healing intention for the Earth

This 1-hour session will begin with some grounding and breathing practices and move into a meditative journey with a focus on the theme for the session. The journey will continue intuitively to support all attendees. Before concluding the journey, we will hold space for our loved ones and the Earth.

These sessions are a place to come together in community and find peace and balance in the chaos and receive energetic support for your holistic health.

• A quiet, safe space where you will be undisturbed for an hour

• An intention for yourself

Pets usually love Sonic Energy baths, and they are welcome to join us! They will cuddle up to their owners and enjoy the healing vibrations through their body.
