Día de Muertos Dining Experience

Día de Muertos Dining Experience

Overview

A four-course journey across Mexico's regions, paired cocktails, and one long table set for sharing. Flavour and remembrance como en familia

This Día de Muertos, Lady T sets one long table and invites you to travel across Mexico. One region, one story, one dish at a time.

Viva México is a set-menu dining experience built around the flavours of Mexico and the places they come from. You'll read the menu like a map: every course pinned to its home region, so you know exactly where each dish was born before you taste it.

You'll be seated at one long communal table, the way these meals are meant to be shared: como en familia.

The journey

  • Starter · Sinaloa — Aguachile Verde. Fresh seafood cured in lime with cucumber, avocado, red onion, serrano chilli and coriander, served with a crisp corn tostada.
  • Entrée · Oaxaca — Pollo con Mole Negro. Charred chicken thigh with rich Oaxacan mole negro made from dried chillies, toasted nuts and seeds, spices and dark chocolate, finished with sesame.
  • Main · Yucatán — Cochinita Pibil. Achiote and citrus-marinated pork, slow-cooked until tender and served with warm corn tortillas, pickled red onion, fresh lime and house salsas.
  • Dessert — Pan de Muerto. Traditional Mexican sweet bread scented with orange and orange blossom, enriched with butter and finished with sugar - a soft, aromatic final course

The cocktail pairing (add-on)
Three cocktails, thoughtfully matched to the menu:

  • Agua de Jamaica & Mandarin Spritz — hibiscus, mandarin, lime and tequila.
  • Cantarito — tequila, grapefruit soda, and citrus juices.
  • Mezcalita de Tamarindo — 400 Conejos Mezcal, tamarind, agave and lime.
  • Carajillo — Licor 43 and freshly pulled espresso.

More than a meal
Día de Muertos is a celebration of memory. Alongside dinner you'll find:

  • An ofrenda (altar) — the heart of the tradition, honouring those we've lost.
  • A story with every course — as each dish arrives, we'll share where it comes from and why it matters, so you taste the history along with the food.

Full table service throughout. Just arrive, sit down, and let the evening carry you.
