Join Stoa Wine Director Adam Reinart and Tony Princiotta — a cheesemonger's cheesemonger, with three decades spent teaching Angelenos about cheese — for a blind, side-by-side tasting of two of the world's great cool-climate wine regions.

Four wines, poured completely blind. Two Chardonnays and two Pinot Noirs, one of each from Burgundy and one of each from the Sta. Rita Hills. Every wine is paired with an artisan cheese that Tony has chosen specifically for it.

Between pours, Adam and Tony will get into terroir, farming, winemaking, aging potential, and the principles behind a pairing that actually sings instead of merely coexisting. Guests are encouraged to guess, argue, and commit to an answer before each reveal.

The blind format strips away preconception and lets the wines speak for themselves. Will you be able to tell Burgundy from Sta. Rita Hills?
