What is an impact/rope jam?

A kink jam is a casual get-together for folks of all skill levels who are interested in the same kinds of play, in this case rope and impact. You can have snacks, meet people, participate in the impact 101 demo station, watch others play, and/or find people to negotiate and play/tie with.

What should I wear?

Anyone may be topless in the studio, but underwear bottoms must stay on; otherwise, wear whatever you are comfortable moving & tying in! The studio is also a shoes-off space. Please do wear "street legal" clothes & shoes when entering/exiting the building and in hallways.

Can I come if I've never tried impact and/or rope bondage before?

Yes! There will be toys and rope available to borrow and there will be an impact 101 lesson / demo station at about 2:30.

Are there hard points for suspension bondage?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there are up to 2 hard points available in the space. Please speak to one of the event hosts before suspending at an LSM rope jam for the first time.
