The Seasonal Gathering is an invitation to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself, the natural world, and a small community.
Join Shade Tree Embodied Wellness and Wolfe Hill Farm for an intentional day created to nourish your nervous system, spark creativity, and help you settle into the rhythm of the season. Throughout the day, you will have opportunities to gather in reflection, wander the farm, create and sip seasonal herbal tea, enjoy a guided watercolor experience, share a thoughtfully prepared lunch with Local Chef Amy, connect with the land, rest, and reflect. Sound bath and forest bathing components will be offered by Jen from White Wave Restorations as well.
