(Group D) 2026 Autumn Korean Culinary Class: "Guksu(K-noodle) Series"
This season, we're serving up comfort in a bowl with the "Guksu (K-noodle) Series," featuring three of Korea's most beloved noodle dishes.
Join our Autumn Korean Culinary Classes — Guksu(K-noodle) Series in September/October 2026!
The Korean Cultural Center is organizing four groups of Korean culinary classes themed around "Guksu(K-noodle) Series". Over three weeks, participants will learn to make three iconic Korean noodle dishes: Bibim Makguksu (spicy buckwheat noodles), Kalguksu (hand-cut knife noodles), and Janchiguksu (banquet noodle soup).

Participation Criteria: Open to all residents of Belgium (excluding Korean nationals)
Program - Group D:
- (Wednesday) October 7 : Bibim Makguksu (spicy buckwheat noodles)
- (Wednesday) October 14 : Kalguksu (hand-cut knife noodles)
- (Wednesday) October 21 : Janchiguksu (banquet noodle soup)
Instructor: Chef Yun Lee
Yun Lee is a Korean cuisine specialist appointed by the Korean Food Promotion Institute. She finished both the Korean Royal Cuisine and Royal Dessert courses in Seoul, in 2019.
Tuition Fee (includes ingredients for 3 sessions ): 75 EUR
Conditions:
-Each class is limited to 12 participants, and registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
-A maximum of 5 people can be added to the waitlist on Eventbrite.
-Please note that each person can only register for one series of classes for the year.
-After registering, you will receive an email from Eventbrite with instructions for completing the full payment.
-To secure your spot, payment must be made within three days.
-Any registration that has not been paid within this period will be automatically canceled.
-Only the person who enrolled can attend. Please note that we don’t allow handing over your registration to others.
Refund Policy :
A refund will be exceptionally granted in the following cases:
- 1. Cancellation of classes by the Korean Cultural Center
- 2. Emergency hospitalization (medical certificate required)

Please note that we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, as our classes regularly use ingredients containing soy, gluten (wheat), sesame, fish, and eggs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate all allergies or dietary restrictions. If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us before booking to check whether the class is suitable for you.
