Kick off your Halloween before the evening festivities begin by printing a fun seasonal phrase using the museum's collection of rare wood type in this one-of-a-kind letterpress workshop.

Choose a spooky saying—or invent one of your own—then select your wood type, compose your design by hand, ink the press, and print your own Halloween poster to celebrate All Hallows' Eve.

Whether you're brand new to letterpress or already have experience, you'll enjoy this hands-on, active workshop. Ages 18+.

To wrap up the 4 hours, we'll hold a print exchange so everyone leaves with their own poster and a portfolio of prints created by the other participants.

Of course, costumes are welcome!
