Life, Lately is a therapist-led group designed for millennial women looking for a supportive space to slow down and focus on well-being
Life can feel overwhelming. Between work, relationships, parenting, family responsibilities, and trying to take care of everyone else, it's easy to lose sight of yourself.
Life, Lately is a therapist-led virtual therapy group designed for millennial women looking for a supportive space to slow down, connect, and focus on their own well-being. Whether you're navigating motherhood, career changes, burnout, anxiety, shifting relationships, or simply feeling like life has become "a lot lately," this group offers a place where you don't have to carry it all alone.
Over six bi-weekly sessions, participants will have the opportunity to gain practical coping strategies, explore personal growth, and connect with other women experiencing similar life challenges in a supportive, confidential environment.
Together we'll explore:
• Managing stress and burnout
• Building confidence and self-worth
• Creating healthy boundaries
• Anxiety and emotional wellness
• Relationships and communication
• Navigating life transitions
• Resilience and personal growth

What to Expect
This is an interactive therapy group—not a lecture or workshop. While educational topics and practical coping tools will be incorporated, the heart of the group is creating a space where women can share experiences, receive support, and learn from one another in a respectful, confidential setting. Participation is encouraged, but each person is welcome to engage at a pace that feels comfortable.
Because sometimes the most important relationship to reconnect with is the one you have with yourself.
