Join us for a calming and heart-opening evening of breathwork and sound healing, designed to soothe the nervous system, support healing, and foster meaningful community connection.

Giving Back

A portion of event proceeds will benefit the NAMI National Alliance on Mental Illness-501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. NAMI is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for individuals and families affected by mental illness. Through education, support groups, advocacy, and community outreach, NAMI works to ensure that no one faces mental health challenge along. Their programs provide free resources, reduce stigma, promote understanding, and help connect people with the support they need to thrive.

What to Expect

The evening begins with gentle guided breathwork, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath led by Sierra (@soundwithsierra), a Holistic Healing Facilitator. Expect soothing sound and stillness to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with yourself and the collective.
