The Lingering Table brings eight people together around one shared table. Come on your own or with a friend. Begin with a Botanical Welcome, then settle in over food and conversation guided by curiosity, presence and the pleasure of lingering a little longer.
For Chapter II, we’ll explore seasonal eating through the lens of Ayurveda — noticing the qualities of the season, what nature offers us, and the stories ingredients carry across cultures and places. Not a class. Simply a little seasonal wisdom woven naturally into our evening together.

Swati Starseed is the founder of Herbal Love Alchemy, A House of Botanical Hospitality.
Inspired by tea, culture and meaningful gathering, she creates intimate experiences where curiosity leads, conversations deepen and strangers become companions.
Through The Lingering Table, she invites us back to the simple pleasure of sharing a table.
As a courtesy to our host restaurant, each guest is kindly asked to order at least one food or beverage item during the gathering.
