Launch for Teens!

Launch is a six-week group for older teens — sophomore year and up — built around the skills adulthood assumes you already have but never teaches: managing your own time and attention, making decisions, advocating for yourself, and staying regulated under stress. Through real projects and honest reflection, teens practice running their own lives and build the groundwork for whatever comes next.

No parents in the room; this age gets their own space.

Six weekly one-hour sessions beginning September 15, 2026.

Instructor Bio:
Annie Terrell is an educator, coach, and artist focused on easing the struggles inherent in being human. She uses creative practices, neuroscience, movement, breath, and reflective inquiry to help individuals of all ages and backgrounds know themselves more deeply, overcome blocks, and learn to replace shame, judgement, and avoidance with compassion, curiosity, and action.
