Together, we'll create a menu that showcases vanilla's versatility from the first course to the final dessert.We're also delighted to welcome The Casa Market, a company dedicated to preserving and sharing Mexico's rich culinary traditions. Their exceptional vanilla comes from Casa Papantla in Veracruz, where a family tradition of producing premium vanilla dates back to 1873. For more than 150 years, generations have perfected the art of cultivating and crafting one of the world's most treasured ingredients.Meet the team behind The Casa Market, hear their story firsthand, and gain a deeper appreciation for the birthplace of vanilla. You'll leave with new culinary techniques, fresh inspiration, and a newfound respect for this extraordinary ingredient.Hands-On.
