About the Organizer

Joshua Odmark is a DC based real estate investor, Realtor, market analyst, and hospitality entrepreneur. Over the past year, he has helped place more than $30 million of investor capital into short-term rental and hospitality assets across the country including many successful investments throughout Florida. Through his work, he has developed a deep understanding of market selection, deal analysis, and the strategies investors use to build wealth through real estate.

Drawing on a background in executive hospitality, Josh created Investor Dinner Club around a simple belief: some of the best conversations, and the best opportunities—happen around the dinner table.
