The Executive Reset Lab installs that loop in 90 minutes. Everyone walks out with three practical things: a way to catch pressure earlier, a quick reset to use between moments, and one small habit tied to something already on their calendar — so it actually gets used.

About the facilitator

Marcelo Weiss is the founder of The Corporate Meditator™ and a Kellogg EMBA 91 alumnus, Class of 2013. He spent 20+ years inside high-pressure B2B technology environments — at Cisco, Amazon, and across five startups — before building a practical leadership reset system grounded in 32 years of personal meditation practice. He created the program to help leaders return to their best when pressure is live — not as a separate wellness activity, but as a skill built for the leadership day.
