Whether you're starting with your first $100 or simply looking to better understand the stock market, this interactive, beginner-friendly workshop will help you build the confidence to take your next investing step.

Together, we'll simplify investing using plain language (no finance degree required) and walk through the four decisions every new investor needs to make:

• Why should I invest?
• Where should I invest?
• What should I invest in?
• How much should I invest?

Throughout the workshop, you'll participate in hands-on activities using your own numbers and learn how to:

• Understand how investing builds long-term financial freedom
• Compare common investing accounts and know when to use each
• Explore beginner-friendly investment options
• Learn how to research an investment using Yahoo Finance
• Calculate how your money can grow over time through compounding
• Build a simple monthly investing strategy you can continue after class

You'll leave with a completed Personalized Investing Plan that you create during class, outlining your investing goal, recommended account type, monthly investment amount, beginner-friendly investments to research, and clear next steps to help you confidently begin your investing journey.

LAPTOPS/COMPUTERS ARE REQUIRED! We will use them for work.
