Join Parker Heyford (he/him) for an hour of Gentle Yoga, with live guitar by Adan (he/him) of MAR Yoga Music. We will practice breathwork, stillness, and movement together, with the soothing vibrations of sound. Please bring your own mat or blanket and reserve your spot ahead of time if possible! (Walk-ins are welcome, space permitting.) Located at Gold Lion Community Cafe at 1012 Hull Street. We would love to see you there.
