What Do You Bring to the Work? Strengths for a Sustainable Career

We each bring something different to our work.

The way we solve problems. The way we build relationships. The way we influence others. The way we get things done. These patterns can become some of our greatest resources throughout our careers but only when we understand how they show up and learn to use them intentionally.

What Do You Bring to the Work? is a 60-minute virtual lunchtime workshop designed to help you better understand the strengths you naturally bring to your work and consider how you can use them to support a meaningful, sustainable career.

Rather than focusing on fixing weaknesses or becoming more like someone else, we’ll start with what is already strong.

What You’ll Experience

During this interactive workshop, you will:

  • Explore your top CliftonStrengths® and what they reveal about how you naturally think, feel, and behave
  • Identify how your strengths currently show up in your work
  • Consider how your strengths can serve as resources during challenging or demanding periods
  • Recognize what can happen when a strength is overused, stretched too far, or operating on autopilot
  • Identify one way to use your strengths more intentionally in your work

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of what you bring to your work and practical ideas for using your strengths with greater intention.

Before the Workshop

Participants should complete the CliftonStrengths® Assessment before the session.

If you have already taken CliftonStrengths, you’re all set—bring your results with you.

If you have not taken the assessment, you can select an assessment option when registering:

Top 5 CliftonStrengths: Reveals your five dominant talent themes and provides everything you need to participate fully in this workshop.

CliftonStrengths 34: Provides your complete ranking of all 34 talent themes for those who want a more comprehensive strengths profile.

You’ll receive your access code and instructions after registration.
