Suffering and challenging situations are seemingly part of being human. Life brings loss, sadness, the feeling of injustice, the sense of not being good enough, change, uncertainty, and limitation — often without explanation and without choice.

This gathering is an invitation to pause, to step out of inner struggle for a moment, and to meet life as it is — with dignity and clarity.

Through shared reflections and gentle guidance, the event opens a space where psychological clarity and spiritual depth can be practically experienced rather than just explained.

A calm, respectful space to stop, listen, and reconnect with what remains steady and free, even when life is not.
