Plogging: Fun to say and also fun to do?
Join us for Logan Square's most cherished (ha) monthly tradition: PLOGGING!
What is Plogging, you ask? It's a portmanteau of "Picking up Litter" and "Jogging". It's Swedish!
Anyway, it's simple: We'll meet at 6:00pm at the Helping Hand scultpure in Palmer Square Park to grab some trash and/or get a bit of cardio in. We'll do a short intro before we get started and then distribute all the equipment!
You can decide what you want to do: 1) Proper plogging (jogging and picking up trash), 2) good ol' classic picking up trash, or 3) just jog! Either way, we'll wrap up at Billy Sunday around 7:00pm and hang out afterwards! Stay for as long as you want!
This event is18+ (21+ if you want to hang at the bar afterwards). And remember: Registration is required by all participants!
See you there!
