Join us for the 251st Birthday of the United States Marine Corps at the Austin Marine Corps Birthday Ball.
This event is open to the public and welcomes Marines, veterans, active-duty and Reserve service members, military families, community supporters, business leaders, and guests.
The Evening
Enjoy a cocktail reception, selfie station and celebration photo area, official Marine Corps Birthday Ceremony, traditional cake-cutting ceremony, formal plated dinner, silent auction, music and dancing, fellowship, and networking.
Guests will experience Marine Corps traditions including the Presentation of the Colors, General John A. Lejeune’s Birthday Message, the Commandant’s Birthday Message, and recognition of the oldest and youngest Marine present.

Hotel Accommodations
Austin Marine Corps Birthday Ball attendees have access to a discounted Fairmont Austin room block starting at $173 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees.
The discounted rate is available until the hotel’s room-block cutoff date or until the reserved rooms are sold out, whichever comes first.
Hotel reservations are purchased separately from Ball admission and are subject to availability.

Sponsorship Recognition Deadline
Sponsorship commitments received by October 10, 2026 will receive priority for inclusion on the official event backdrop and other remaining sponsor recognition materials.
Sponsorship opportunities may still be available after October 10.
If production deadlines prevent a sponsor from being included on the event backdrop or certain printed materials, the Guidon Austin team will work directly with that sponsor to provide the appropriate remaining recognition and benefits included with their sponsorship package.

This year’s Austin Marine Corps Birthday Ball supports the Marines of Weapons Company, 1st Battalion, 23rd Marines, while bringing Marines, veterans, military families, businesses, and the Austin community together to celebrate the traditions and legacy of the United States Marine Corps.
