The plan (8:30 AM – 10:00 AM):
- 8:30 - 8:45: Arrival, grab your coffee / smoothie
- 8:45 - 9:45: Walk the lakefront trail together at a relaxed pace
- 9:45 - 10:00: Wrap-up
