Overview
Swiss cheeses are lovely, mellow, cheese that you can make at home! In this class we will make Baby Swiss.
Baby Swiss is a wonderful mellow, nutty Swiss style cheese that has a short aging time. You will take home about an 8 ounce wheel to age and then enjoy.
Class fee - $60
Maximum attendance - 12, minimum - 5.
