Join EO Baltimore & Sagar Pandya, Founder of Spej, AI transformation company & author of The AI Culture Blueprint.

This is an all-day, hands-on AI build session. The morning lays the foundation: what these tools actually do, what is possible inside your business, and a live walkthrough so people see the software before they touch it. Baltimore members and guests share what they have built. Then the room talks through the processes people brought, and everyone borrows from everyone.

The afternoon is hands to keyboard. We build. We float the room and help. At 4:15 everyone comes back together and a handful of people demo what they made.

If someone leaves without something real and working, we did not do our job.

Two lanes:

Attendees choose where they sit. Neither lane requires you to be a programmer or technical expert.

Claude Cowork:For anyone newer to AI. Working inside the Claude app with a normal interface, buttons and all

Claude Code:For those who want to build actual applications. Moves faster, skips the friendly interface.

Agenda

8:30: Arrival, light breakfast, connect to WiFi and log into Claude early

9-10:30: Groundwork & live demos

10:30-11:15: Open discussion. Attendees share the processes they brought & build on each others ideas & any other AI questions.

11:15-12:15: Build starts.

12:15-12:45: Short working lunch

12:45-4:15: Build continues supported by co-hosts floating the room

4:15-5: Share-out. Four or five guest demos

5pm: Happy Hour & book signing
