California produces the lion's share of domestic wine, and also, the most prestigious. In this class we'll cruise the Golden State, tasting through the grapes and appellations that make California the crown jewel of American viticulture.

• We usually taste seven wines in a class: please eat prior!
• Please note this is a class, not a casual tasting: please keep chatter to a minimum
