With experience across more than 30 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, Erik has helped organizations navigate change, strengthen leadership, and build high-performing teams. Alongside his consulting work, Erik serves as an Associate Professor at IE Business School, where he brings the same practical, business-focused approach into the classroom. He holds an MBA from the University of Glasgow and is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy of the Netherlands.
