26-27 WSDDCA Membership

Your membership connects you with Washington’s dance/drill coaching community and provides access to association resources, professional development, awards, communication, and opportunities throughout the season.

Please note: This registration is for WSDDCA Membership only. Fall Conference registration is separate here.

Membership Options

High School & Middle Level Coaches

Primary Member — $80
For a certified school district coach who serves as the primary coach/instructor of a dance or drill team.

Associate Member — $60
For assistant coaches and other individuals who would like to be involved with WSDDCA.

Only one Primary Membership is required per school.

Consider Adding a WSCA Membership

WSDDCA members may also benefit from joining the Washington State Coaches Association (WSCA).

WSCA membership provides coaches with a broader connection to the Washington coaching community and supports professional development and advocacy for coaches across the state. It is also a great way to connect with coaches and resources beyond the dance/drill community.

WSDDCA Members Receive $15 Off

WSDDCA members who are also WSCA members receive a $15 discount on their WSDDCA membership.

Important: You must register for WSCA before registering for WSDDCA in order to receive the discount. Discounts cannot be applied or refunded after registration.

To receive your $15 discount:

1. Register for WSCA membership.
2. Forward your WSCA confirmation email to wsddcatreasurer@gmail.com.
3. WSDDCA will provide you with your $15 promotional code.
4. On the WSDDCA registration page, select “ENTER PROMOTIONAL CODE” before selecting your membership type. This option appears at the top right of the registration window after clicking the green “Tickets” button.
5. Enter your promotional code and complete your WSDDCA registration.

Information Needed for Registration

If someone at your school will be completing your registration, please have the following information available:

• Full name
• Email address used for coaching
• Cell phone number
• WIAA District (not league)
• Coaching position: Head Coach, Assistant Coach, or Other
• Years coaching (this season counts as Year 1)
• Eligibility for a WSDDCA Service Award this season (5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years)
• Previous WSDDCA honors (Coach of the Year, Hall of Fame)
• Email associated with your Facebook account so we can invite you to the private WSDDCA Coach Group
  This email will only be used for this purpose.

School Purchase Orders

If you are registering using a school purchase order, select “Pay with Check” under the payment options.

After completing registration, print your paper ticket and submit it to your school as your invoice.

Coach Credential

Your WSDDCA coach credential badge will be mailed to the shipping address provided during registration.

Please make sure your mailing address is accurate before completing your registration.
