Focus Your Impact by Understanding Your Challenge
LCG’s Decoding Logic Models Workshop guides attendees through the process of creating a logic model - a strategic planning tool that creates a map of your work and how it connects to your strategy for impact.
In this workshop we’ll walk strategize around who your programs are for, what resources you need to succeed, and what you will measure to whether your plans are working. By the end of the session you will have a tool for implementing your programs, talking to funders, and managing your team.
A logic model helps:

• Define clear metrics to tell the story to donors and stakeholders
• Manage organizational capacity by outlining the level of staffing, skills and knowledge, and access to resources you need to carry out activities.
