2026 Oregon Outdoor Recreation Summit Shuttle Registration

Register to confirm your seat on our summit shuttle providing roundtrip service from Portland (with possible stops in Salem, Albany, Eugene, Roseburg, etc).

Shuttle will be operated by Adventures Without Limits with accessible and standard seating options.

Available departure options (en-route pick-up service may be requested):

• Departing Portland (Lloyd Center area) around 12 pm; arriving in Ashland early evening.

Available return options (en-route drop-off service may be requested):

• Departing Ashland around 2 pm after morning field sessions; arriving in Portland late evening.

Exact departure times and pick-up/drop-off locations will be determined closer to the event based on shuttle registration. We will attempt to identify shuttle stop locations that are both close to the highway and that have both transit access and vehicle parking options.

Those utilizing the shuttle will also be able to utilize shuttle service and/or organized carpool options to participate in field experiences and off-site events taking place during the summit.

If you're planning to utilize the shuttle, please book you room early at Ashland Hills Hotel. Shuttle service may not be avilable to addititional hotels.
