How long is the class?

Each class lasts about an hour. If it goes over, it's only because we are having an extended Q&A. It's important to us that all of your questions are heard and answered.

Should I bring my partner to this class?

Yes, absolutely! This is not just your birth and breastfeeding journey. Your partner will be navigating this as well and being your #1 support person. Having them along will help you both during your birth and postpartum period.
