Tasting Class: Ravines Wine Cellars Food & Wine Pairing

Morten & Lisa Hallgren, the husband & wife team behind Ravines Wine Cellars, passionately believe in the relationship between wine and food.

On the food side of the operation, Lisa helms Ravines’ tasting-menu restaurant and produces small plates to accompany wine tastings. Her focus rests firmly on developing and executing seasonal dishes that complement the flavors of Ravines’ wines.

In this fun class, Lisa will present a grazing plate featuring foods they make in their winery kitchen along with a selection of their fantastic wines.

Registration costs $10, but all attendees will receive a $10 voucher to use at the store the day of the event! Light snacks from Premier Gourmet will also be served, and attendees will receive some tasting notes on the items they're sampling.
