Is this a guided or instructor-led swim?

No. This is a group of women choosing to swim together at the same time, not a coached or guided swim. There's no instructor,

Do I need to be an experienced open-water swimmer?

Accepted Answer

No, this can be more of a "dip"! Wade in, dunk under, or float. However you want to experience the water is welcome. If you're not a strong swimmer, please stay close to shore and know your own limits.

Is there a check-in process?

Accepted Answer

No formal check-in. This is RSVP-based, not ticketed — we just want a rough headcount so we know who's coming. Just show up at the beach a little before sunrise and look for the She Flows crew.

Where exactly do we meet?

Is this event insured or supervised by She Flows Collective staff?

Accepted Answer

She Flows Collective is not providing lifeguards, medical staff, or supervision, and participation is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that open water swimming carries inherent risks, and you are choosing to participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and well-being
