Whether you're new to self-healing or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers tools and insights to help you grow. Get comfy, grab a journal, and let's start healing from within!

1. By booking this session you give consent to receive some or all of the following: Self Directed Healing (SDH), relaxation techniques, guided mediation, deep breathing, life coaching.2. By booking an appointment you understand that SDH does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of health issues or mental disorders and cannot be used as a substitute for mental health care or professional medical treatment.3. Adapt Awaken Transform is not a crisis service. Our services are not designed to be used as a substitute for mental health care or professional medical treatment.4. It is your responsibility to seek independent professional treatment or guidance as needed. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is strongly recommended that you inform your mental health provider about your SDH sessions.5. Information provided to you in sessions is not medical care, nor it is ever intended to be. Energy healing promotes harmony within your body. It is a compliment to conventional medical and/or psychological care.6. Sessions are confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.7. Recording of sessions is not permitted.8. Your results are dependent upon your own circumstances, background, life experience, desire for change, motivation and other factors as applicable to you.9. Group sessions – you agree to be polite, respectful and courteous to all attendees. You may not record these sessions. Information that participants share in these session must be treated as private.
