Build. Protect. Profit.

Business Growth Workshop for Trade Contractors

Ready to build a stronger, more profitable contracting business?

Build. Protect. Profit. is a private, in-person workshop created exclusively for established general and trade contractors who are serious about growth. This event is designed for owners, partners, general managers, and key decision-makers with approximately $5M–$10M+ in revenue, 15–50 employees, and 10+ vehicles.

Spend the day learning from 8 expert speakers covering the areas that matter most: operations, risk, insurance, job costing, hiring, safety, sales, marketing, systems, and growth planning.

This is not a boring seminar or vendor pitch. It is a hands-on, high-value business workshop built to help contractors sharpen their strategy, protect their company, improve profitability, and scale with better systems.

Connect with other serious contractors, walk away with practical tools, and leave with a clearer plan to take your business to the next level.

Limited to 50 seats. If you are ready to work on the business — not just in it — this is the room to be in.

The Contractor Risk Playbook

Mike Gallaugher

Before a contractor ever starts a job, risk is already being created through contracts, insurance requirements, certificates of insurance, subcontractor relationships, vehicle exposure, workers’ compensation, and jobsite responsibilities. This session helps contractors understand the common gaps that can lead to uncovered claims, contract disputes, delayed jobs, audit problems, and unexpected financial loss. Attendees will learn what COIs do and do not prove, why additional insured and waiver of subrogation requirements matter, how subcontractor insurance can create hidden exposure, and why cheap or incomplete coverage can become expensive. The goal is to help contractors protect the business before the job begins.
