For years, we've shared our family's annual Sauce Day tradition with thousands of people online. Now, for the first time, we're inviting you to experience it in person.

What began as a simple family tradition has grown into a community of more than 10,000 people who share a passion for homemade tomato sauce and preserving family traditions.

Spend the afternoon with us as we recreate our family's Sauce Day tradition from fresh tomatoes to finished homemade marinara.

You'll watch our complete sauce-making process while we explain the equipment we use, the techniques we've learned, and the little tips that make a big difference. Throughout the demonstration, we'll answer questions, share family stories, and offer practical advice, whether you're making your first batch of sauce or your fiftieth.

Your ticket includes

• A live Sauce Day demonstration from fresh tomatoes to finished sauce
• Homemade marinara tasting
• A printed Sauce Day Guide to take home
• Questions and answers throughout the demonstration

You'll leave with the knowledge and confidence to start your own Sauce Day, improve the one you already have, and carry this tradition on for generations to come.

Attendance is intentionally limited to 25 guests so everyone has an opportunity to see the process up close, ask questions throughout the demonstration, and enjoy a more personal experience.

Most importantly, your attendance will help support our community.

$5 from every ticket sold will be donated to the Woodbridge Township "We Feed" Municipal Food Bank Committee, which helps stock local food pantries serving families throughout Woodbridge Township.

We're not a business. We're simply a family passionate about preserving a tradition, sharing what we've learned, and bringing people together through homemade sauce.
