Join us for a monthly one-hour virtual workshop series supporting first responders and their partners.

This session will focus on developing the skills, habits, and relationships that help individuals navigate stress, adversity, and life's ongoing challenges while fostering meaningful connection with those around them. Whether you're a first responder, spouse, partner, family member, or supporter, you'll gain practical tools to strengthen resilience, improve communication, and create a culture where conversations about mental health happen early—not only during times of crisis.Topics will include:<ul><li>Understanding resilience and its role in long-term mental wellness</li><li>Recognizing early signs of stress and emotional overload</li><li>Building healthy habits that strengthen resilience at home and at work</li><li>Starting supportive conversations before challenges become crises</li></ul>Attendees will gain practical strategies to strengthen emotional resilience, improve communication, and foster supportive relationships within their families and communities. This workshop is designed to help first responders and their loved ones proactively navigate stress, build stronger connections, and develop everyday practices that promote lasting well-being.

About NatalieNatalie has a diverse background that blends law enforcement and mental health. She retired from the Scottsdale Police Department and served as a Police Crisis Intervention Specialist. Natalie holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's in Psychology.Natalie's counseling focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, emotional regulation, mood disorders, addiction, relationship distress, life after divorce, religious trauma, grief and loss, and issues specific to first responders, firefighters, EMS, and veterans.
