Crystal Yoga Workshop: Root Chakra

This gentle, grounding workshop blends slow yoga movement, breathwork, meditation, and crystal work to support connection with the Root Chakra. Centered around themes of safety, stability, and grounding, this class offers space to slow down, settle into the body, and reconnect with a sense of support and presence.

Participants will work with Jet, an organic gemstone formed from fossilized wood, to help deepen focus during movement, breathwork, and meditation. You’ll learn how to work with a crystal as a grounding tool and explore how intention can be held and revisited through your practice. Crystals will be provided for all participants.

This workshop is open to both beginners and experienced practitioners. Prior knowledge or experience with crystals, yoga, energy medicine and meditation is not required. Accomodations for those with limited movement are provided.

This is a small class, so admission is limited. It is recommended that you reserve your space in advance.
