Wine & Cheese Pairing: Island Edition

And we’re back! For Pairing #24, we’re visiting the sun-soaked vineyards of the Mediterranean's most storied islands. From the volcanic soils of Santorini to the ancient terraced hillsides of Sicily, these island wines carry salt air, mineral earth, and centuries of winemaking tradition unique to their shores. We'll be pouring crisp, briny whites like Assyrtiko alongside bold reds such as Nero d'Avola.

As always, Rachel at Orrman's will be thoughtfully pairing each wine with cheese to show how acidity, texture, and structure can either contrast or amplify flavor. Tickets required — these evenings sell out early.
