1. Does the Summit registration fee include lunch?

Yes! Your ticket (USD 170) includes a full buffet lunch and two tea breaks during the conference day (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Dietary preferences can be accommodated upon prior request.

I would like to present my NGO or share best practices during the conference. Who should I contact?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely – we welcome NGO presentations and best practice sharing. Please contact our administration team directly at ihq@wfwp.org with your proposal, and they will guide you through the submission and selection process.

3.Can I attend online instead of in person?

Accepted Answer

Yes, hybrid participation is available. The online option is currently under consideration, so please register early and we will keep you updated. You can choose your preferred attendance mode during registration.

4. Is accommodation available for overseas delegates?

Accepted Answer

We have a limited number of hotel rooms reserved at the Novotel Hotel for your convenience. Please book in advance as rooms are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee reservations. Otherwise, you are welcome to arrange your own accommodation independently.

5.Are the in-person seats really limited? How do I secure my spot?

Yes, in-person participation is strictly limited to ensure meaningful engagement and quality interaction. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
