There is something profoundly healing about gathering in a room where no one expects anything from you.No pressure to perform. No need to have the right words. No expectation to share.Just a peaceful space filled with people who, like you, are choosing to step away from the noise for a little while and simply be.Throughout the evening, we'll gently weave together guided meditation, somatic awareness, reflective journaling, original music, embodied expression, and restorative rest. Every part of the experience has been intentionally designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and remember the quiet wisdom that already lives within you.There is no right way to experience the evening.Everything is simply an invitation.You are always welcome to participate in the way that feels most supportive to your body.<h2>Why We Gather</h2>Many of us spend our days caring for others, meeting expectations, solving problems, and staying busy.This is a space to set all of that down.To breathe a little deeper.To soften your shoulders.To notice what your body has been trying to tell you.And to experience the quiet comfort of being surrounded by others who are doing the very same thing.Without fixing. Without comparing. Without pretending.Just human beings sharing a peaceful moment together.<h2>Created with Intention</h2>Throughout the evening, the practices are designed to support:• Nervous system regulation• Reducing stress and anxiety• Greater body awareness• Emotional clarity• Deep rest and restoration<h2>What to Bring</h2>Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to sit, lie down, and move gently if your body feels called to.Bring: • A journal or notebook • Something to write with • A water bottleEverything else has been thoughtfully prepared for you, including yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and a peaceful space where you can simply settle in and rest.Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get comfortable.Advance registration is required. My passion is creating gentle, restorative experiences that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience greater presence in everyday life.Rather than teaching techniques or asking you to perform, I create welcoming spaces where you can simply arrive as you are.
