The City of New Orleans is evaluating alternatives for a new municipal complex, including City Hall and Civil District Court facilities, as well as a potential City Hall annex in New Orleans East.

This is the opportunity to create facilities that better serve New Orleanians for generations to come. Please join us for an upcoming public roundtable discussion to learn more and share your perspectives.

In January 2026, Mayor Helena Moreno established a Municipal Complex Advisory Committee to evaluate options for the future of select New Orleans' civic facilities - including City Hall and the Civil District Court - and provide recommendations to the Mayor and Council based on development options.
