Can I buy a ticket at the door?

No, all tickets must be purchased in advance. We don't sell tickets on-site, so be sure to grab yours before September 3, or earlier since seating is limited to 60 guests.

Can I get a refund if I can't make it?

Tickets are non-refundable. If you can't attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest. Just contact us no later than August 28, 2026, so we can update our guest list.

What happens if the event is cancelled due to weather?

If Chirandu Farm needs to cancel due to severe weather or another unforeseen circumstance, we'll notify every guest and offer either a rescheduled date or a full refund.

Question 4

Are kids welcome?

Yes. This is a working farm with uneven terrain and open areas, so we ask parents and guardians to keep children within reach throughout the evening. Children over age 5 need their own ticket.

Is the menu customizable?

The menu is set and built around seasonal ingredients, so we can't guarantee substitutions. If you have specific dietary needs, let us know at the time of booking and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We will have plant-based, vegan, and gluten-free options.

What time is dinner served?

Dinner is served between 4:00 and 4:15 pm. Please arrive promptly for the program at 3 pm.

What should I wear?

This is an outdoor event on working farmland, so dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes suitable for uneven terrain.

Will there be alcohol?

If alcohol is served, guests must be 21 or older with valid ID. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone who appears intoxicated. Drinks are included in the ticket price.

Will photos be taken?

Accepted Answer

Yes, photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional use. By attending, you're granting permission for your likeness to be used, unless you notify us in writing before the event.

Is there parking?

Yes, free parking is available on-site. Designated spots are available for guests with limited mobility.
